Resilience requires self-advocacy. In this episode our guest Tatiana Kolovou, teaches us how to be our own advocates, master the art of “learned optimism” and how to practice rejection. One of the best things I did for my career was defining what mentors I need, want and have. From this came my “4 Mentor Method” that’s been featured in Forbes, Inc Magazine and of course on LinkedIn.
