Resilience requires self-advocacy. In this episode our guest Tatiana Kolovou, teaches us how to be our own advocates, master the art of “learned optimism” and how to practice rejection. (because that’s key to being resilient!) She shared tips for us to identify our own strengths and how to say no when opportunities don’t align. As our resilience is constantly being tested these reminders were just what I needed! Be sure to step outside your comfort zone this week and remember rejection is just part of the process.
