In the Strong AF x Well-Conditioned Show, Jason Brown pulls back the curtain on how to get brutally strong and, like the namesake says, well-conditioned. As a 17 year veteran in the strength and conditioning field, a Conjugate Method expert, former CrossFit gym owner and now a mentor to fitness professionals, Jason's number one mission in this stage in life is to teach coaches how to write insanely effective training programs.
