
The Strong AF x Well-Conditioned Show
In the Strong AF x Well-Conditioned Show, Jason Brown pulls back the curtain on how to get brutally strong and, like the namesake says, well-conditioned. As a 17 year veteran in the strength and conditioning field, a Conjugate Method expert, former CrossFit gym owner and now a mentor to fitness professionals, Jason's number one mission in this stage in life is to teach coaches how to write insanely effective training programs. Most coaches are good at either strength or conditioning, leaving conditioning as an afterthought, and it hijacks potential strength. Jason will talk about how to marry these two modalities, how to use them correctly, how to structure a training program in hundreds of scenarios, and more.
