On this podcast episode we got to speak with Morgan, a personal trainer catering to busy moms. Morgan starts off the episode talking about the specific goals her clients have which are busy moms. She then talks into detail about the current program she is running with her clients. She then talks about wanting to create scalable and customizable programs specific to each of her clients. Trevor then gives Morgan advice on knowing her clientele and how to serve them better and help achieve their goals. On this podcast episode we got to go on a coaching call with Marlena, a Personal Trainer. Trevor gives Marlena advice on how to tackle clients when they are finished with their 6 week program with Marlena. Trevor then explains the advantages of posting the accomplishments of her clients as it boosts the drive of her other clients. He also talks about renewal of services for clients done with their programs and offering them options that should make it feel like a true service rather than a commodity.
