In her twenties her diet was half a bottle of scotch, 40 cigarettes, chocolate, toast and orange juice. Now she’s a passionate vegan and committed to staying healthy and strong as she gets older. Bodybuilding Transformation with Dave Linton

Dave got his first weight set when he was seven years old which started a life-long passion for weight lifting and building strength. He spent his twenties as a professional wrestler, traveling around the southeast US. But somewhere along the line he lost his way and his healthy lifestyle, and at age 36 he had the first of four heart attacks. He gained a lot of weigh - topping the scales at over 350 pounds – and was on a number of prescription medicines. The Barbell Prescription with Dr. Jonathon Sullivan

Dr. Sullivan is the owner and head coach of Greysteel Strength and Conditioning, where he specializes in barbell-based strength training for those in their 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. He is a former US Marine, practiced emergency medicine at a level I trauma center for over twenty years, served as an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Wayne State University, and conducted neuroscience research as well. He is the co-author of "The Barbell Prescription: Strength Training for Life After Forty," and hosts the Greysteel Channel on YouTube.
