In this episode of the Coach’s Corner, I cover a number of topics. We start out with an update on how things are going with my client Broc – he’s recently experienced some setbacks and we’ll hear how he’s handling them. After that I talk about some of the most common causes of workout injuries, and then transition to overcoming adversity. After that I talk about core muscles – what they are and how (and why) to make them stronger. I follow that up with a book review, and then finish up with my key take-aways from some of my recent podcast interviews.
