If intensity was a person, it would be Tom Degiuli

Last time Tom was on we talked about how much easier it is for him to go hard in the gym than it is for him to take time away. Today we get into more on why that's true. We dive into what it's like to be inside Tom's head, he gets raw, and he gets vulnerable, and it's very impressive. I respect Tom a lot, he's a doer. I'm excited to bring him to you. The gym is not your therapy

The more often people say "the gym is my therapy", the more I think "you could probably use some therapy." On today's podcast I'm bringing it to you straight, as usual, about exactly why the gym is not therapy, what the gym is, what therapy is, and what to do to help yourself or someone else who is using this language. Mental health struggles are already unnecessarily stigmatized, my hope is today's episode can free some minds.

A code of conduct to live by - Joey and Drew, Few Will Hunt

I drove all the way out to Philly to sit down with the founders of Few Will Hunt, an identity brand that just so happens to make some bad ass apparel. I found Joey and Drew years ago and have been following their growth since. The reason I call them an identity brand with great apparel is because their flagship shirt reads "everybody wants to eat, but few will hunt". It's a homage to hard work, and these guys cut zero corners. Today we talk about the beliefs behind the brand, why trusting hard work is a good idea, why they spent boatloads of money to bring every element of their product to be made in the USA, and so much more.

In today's podcast Cody and I discuss why. Give it five stars, would ya.
