Teresa discusses the importance of effective marketing, including storytelling and copywriting, to engage and educate their audience. She also shares insights on how they understand and cater to the needs of beginner pickleball players, as well as their efforts to build their email newsletter and gain subscribers. Teresa mentions some offline marketing strategies that have been effective for them, such as handing out cards and attending networking events.
