Taking Back Control

This week on the One Year No Beer Podcast Ruari welcomes Paul, a member of the OYNB Community on to the show.Paul has completed the Complete Control program. Paul worked for a consultancy that went all the way to IPO, he was very senior with a lot of responsibility which he found stressful and exhausting, however at this point in his life he did not drink alcohol.Paul’s relationship with alcohol changed when he was studying for a masters degree. He became aware that he was a ‘problem drinker’ when he realised he didn’t feel present all the time and alcohol was numbing his feelings. Bliss beyond the Buzz
