Having heard their stories, she decided to take the leap and started her own real estate business with her husband in Houston, Texas. They started off with wholesaling and then discovered subject to. While they continue to be transaction engineers, they love subject to deals and use them to build up capital to reinvest. Ashley went full-time after their first wholesale deal in 2018.
