Lindsey Jensen has been investing for 18 years. She was exposed to real estate early on in her life and as a teenager when she read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki she was hooked. Lindsey started off managing some homes and learning from various local experts in her area in Colorado Springs, CO. She looks for long term opportunities that allow her to be creative. Her focus is on lease-purchase or subject to with a focus on long-term cashflow.
Lindsey shares how she got started and why she prefers a long term keep strategy rather than flips. She also shares which real estate experts she learned from and why. Lindsey also shares why she prefers to keep her business simple and why she uses only one tool to help her manage it.
