When it comes to moments of stress, we tend to forget what we most need to remember most. This might be going too far into the weeds, but....let's do it! Anxiety is a strategy to avoid feeling fear. They are not the same thing.  There is a lot of talk in Ennea-land about all the things. Lately I've been hearing the core emotion or "passion" of six described as anxiety instead of fear. Or the terms are used interchangeably.
