S 513: The Steep Deficit for Fat Loss: Reckless or Responsible? Examining the Rationale for Rapid Fat Loss and Aggressive Caloric Subtraction

Understanding this concept is critical for a client's success and one that is often overlooked. We know that weight loss and fat loss comes from a caloric deficit but how steep a caloric deficit and whether a client is ready for a deficit is the key consideration.
