She is the author of a diet and cookbook called “Cooking with Trader Joe’s: Lighten Up!” and has also created and hosted two television cooking series: “Lighten Up with Susan Greeley” and “Simply Healthy.” As an expert in food, nutrition, and wellness, Susan focuses on weight management, preventing and managing chronic diseases, wellness and lifestyle coaching, integrative nutrition, culinary medicine, and healthy cooking. Additionally, she has served as a consulting nutritionist for over a decade with the Executive Health Program at Atlantic Health System in Morristown, NJ, and is a Chef Instructor in the Health Supportive Culinary Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Susan is affiliated with several organizations, including the National Wellness Institute (NWI) and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). She is also a member of the AND's Dietitians in Integrative & Functional Medicine (DIFM) and Food and Culinary Professionals (FCP) practice groups.
