Since the end of the last season we’ve done so much... The highlight was getting to spend time with the inspiring group of ADHDers riding with Team Untangled from London to Amsterdam, who not only faced the challenge of covering 180 miles, but also raised a staggering £15,000 for ADHD charities!I’ve also launched the ADHD Movement Group Coaching programme - a new addition to Untangled that takes a holistic approach to ADHD coaching by incorporating movement, meditation, community and KNOWLEDGE. I’ll be speaking more about how this approach is already helping my brilliant clients in this first episode.Later this month I’m also starting the first ever training for yoga teachers with ADHD. The ADHD Movement Academy combines my passions for coaching and yoga to bring my mission of inclusivity to the wellness industry!
