Episode 39: Coaches’ Corner #4 ft. Zac Cooper, Ryan Gleason, and Jeremy Hartman
Today’s episode is the third monthly episode where Kevin chats with Ryan Gleason of Gleason Performance Training and Zac Cooper of Cooper Training Institute. Jeremy Hartman of Hartman Performance Training also joins the mix this week! Jeremy is a 6x USAPL National Champion and IPF gold medalist in the deadlift, and currently coaches in Indianapolis, Ind., where he trains multiple IPF powerlifters. He also coaches youth athletic development and general strength training using the powerlifts.

Episode 34: Velocity-Based Training & Coaching ft. Arian Khamesi
Kevin hops on the mic this week with Arian Khamesi, a USA Powerlifting competitor, coach, and judge. Arian is currently a powerlifting coach with Squats and Science as well as the head coach of the USA Sub-Junior and Junior Raw National Teams.
In this episode, Arian and Kevin preview a bit of 2018 IPF Classic Worlds, and talk about Arian’s style of coaching and his implementation of velocity-based training. They also spill the beans on the story behind Arian’s IG handle.
Arian is a certified Senior International Coach through USA Powerlifting, and previously was an Assistant Coach on several National Teams. Arian is heavily involved in all aspects of USA Powerlifting as he is also a member of the Coaching Committee and Raw Committee. His lifters range from teenage to masters and first time competitors to veterans of the sport.
