Hi, I’m Hannah, personal growth junkie, ideator and lover of anything related to high performance working, living and loving.
Over the last 10 years I’ve been on a (very up and down) journey of self discovery with a goal of becoming the happiest, freest, most successful version of myself.
5 years ago I came across the concept of flow and it transformed my life. I now use the philosophy and teachings of flow to transform my clients lives and through this podcast, I hope flow can transform your life too.

Dopamine, a tiny little chemical in your brain responsible for more in your life than you can ever imagine. Over the last few years, I have made it my mission to understand dopamine in as much theory and practical application as I can to help me to become the best version of myself. You can imagine my delight and HUGE excitement when Dr Anna Lembke, a leading voice on Dopamine agreed to join me on the podcast to talk all about this tiny, crazy chemical. Dr Lembke is a psychiatrist treating patients struggling with addiction Chief of the Addiction Medicine dual diagnosis clinic at Stanford University Author of Dopamine Nation: Finding Balance in the Age of Indulgence And was featured in the 2020 netflix documentary 'The Social Dilemma' She is a leading voice on the difficulties we face in our modern world when it comes to dopamine and the challenging balance of pleasure and pain. In this episode Dr Lembe and I cover dopamine, addiction and how we can find balance in our crazy, over indulgent world. We also discuss how the 'dreamer' mode is pleasure dominant, whilst the 'achiever' mode is pain dominant, and how we can find balance between the two, allowing us to live in our 'performer mode'. Hi friends, Welcome to episode 14 of Flow, where we look at the 3 flow modes, with a goal to getting as many of us as possible into the beautiful flowy state of performer mode. This episode explains the power of balance to find flow, the balance of chaos and order, yin and yang, masculine and feminine, left brain and right brain, and how we can bring more balance into our lives. When we're in dreamer mode, we're chaos or 'yin' dominant When in achiever mode, we're order of 'yang' dominant And when we're in performer mode, we're goldilockings-ing, by being 'just right' balanced between the two. Did you know that Einstein had one of the most balanced left and right brains on record? What a flowy mo fo.
