My 886 Pound Life - Mark's Extreme Weight Loss Journey

Losing weight can be a lifelong struggle, and no body knows about that more than Mark King. At his heaviest he was 886 pounds, and how he knew his exact weight was because the hospital literally had to take him to the zoo and use the scales that they have there for the animals. That was a few years ago, but since then Mark has lost an astonishing 363 pounds and is still moving and grooving towards losing even more weight and reclaiming his health and fitness. And when you're brand new it's easy to add an extra 5 pounds to a lift, or pump out an extra rep per set, etc. But as you become more advanced those 5 pound jumps in weight become harder and harder to make.
