So I decided to devote my efforts to bodybuilding for the first time in decades. My training is primarily based on performance and looking good naked is a byproduct. volume vs intensity - this shouldn't be a fight
I am often annoyed by the reductionist mindset of modern fitness. If you eat meat, eat nothing but meat. If you eat plants, eat nothing but plants. The same ethos goes for training. People get dogmatic about higher intensity and higher volume, and as with most things in life, there is a sweet middle ground. In today's episode, I explain why and how these two training styles should be symbiotic, not antagonistic.
