Mikey Likes You 135 - This Has to Stop
I came across a young lady looking for a complete overhaul of air travel for "plus-sized" people. Her desires and ideas of being overweight really bothered me, and I devoted this entire episode to unpacking my feelings. I make it clear that I do not want to shame her individually but rather the overall idea of victimhood and entitlement.

Mikey Likes You - SUPPLEMENTS: Good, Bad, Ugly
Powders, pills, and potions make the fitness industry go around. If you know anything about my philosophy, you know that I am not a fan of supplements in general, and I think they're at the bottom of the fitness hierarchy. That being said, some supplements are definitely worth your money and can help you enhance your nutrition and training.

Range of Motion, Muscular Failure, and Modern Masculinity
Like most things on the internet, there is a ton of conflicting info and people simply exploiting ideas for pay. I dive right into giving you a breakdown of the most effective range of motion to maximize growth and the best way to handle muscular failure. After that, I will explain my take on modern masculinity and those who try to teach it.

Fat Shaming, Crushed Throats, Legal Weed, Eating to Train vs Training to Eat
I put a lot of effort into this episode. I always try to put my best foot forward, but sometimes I can discuss fitness stuff on autopilot. I give a focused and thoughtful take on "Fat Activists" and body image issues in this episode. Plus, I fill you in on one of my life's most embarrassing and awkward moments. That is not at all exaggerated.

Episode 129- Birthday Bash with Lots of Gifts
If you're confused about how to train, stay motivated, or get moving from the starting line, this is the episode for you. I turned 44 on the 15th of March, and in celebration, I talk about all the stuff I want to discuss, and then I button it with some of the things you want me to discuss. I go over optimal volume and frequency for training, the most helpful tips I've used over the years, and ways to stay sane when you start to drive yourself a little nutty.

Lifting Heavy - All the Important Details
I've been releasing a series of episodes regarding heavy-weight training, and I want to finish it with this episode that covers relevant details. Today I focus on alternative forms of progression that live outside the amount of weight and the number of repetitions. Weight and reps are the primary forms of progression, and today we discuss pauses, exaggerated range of motion, and prolonged negatives. These tactics can help you continue getting stronger without adding weight to the bar, but make no mistake; subsequently, they will help with that primary progression of overall weight lifted. Let's get some!!!

The embarrassing episode part 2 and the reLENTless Challenge
I don't technically celebrate Lent anymore, but I was raised Catholic, which is part of my identity. I coincidentally arrived at a very confusing and painful point in my life, and I am using these 40 days and 40 nights to lock things down. I want, dare I say need, you to accompany me. I am a bit embarrassed by this episode, as I break down and cry, and it's not subtle. I start talking about something that I haven't talked about at all, even in my private life, and that is the death of my friend Orlando Sanchez. He was famous and well-respected in Grappling, but he had been my friend before he ever tied his belt. I also have been having some aggressive depression and anxiety; frankly, I lost it a little. Thank you so much to all my sponsors and everyone who listens and subscribes.
