Kitty Shares her story, some great advice and her experience on Australian Survivor
Kitty candidly shared her experience with many years of restrictive dieting and trying to be tiny, which in turn led to weekend benders and bingeing. We laughed about it during our chat and called it “balance”, but we know this is not healthy, both mentally and physically. Thankfully Kitty found someone to help her get on track with nutrition to heal her body, and then she met Craig ( her now husband) who introduced her to strength training. She fell in love with it, and her body also loved all the food which fuelled her to get stronger. This was a game changer for Kitty and she knew she had to help other women stop restrictive dieting so they could feel as good as she did.In this episode, Kitty also gives some great business advice to new trainers as well as shares her experience on the Australian Survivor TV show that aired earlier this year! She is full of energy and a great advocate for health and wellness.Connect with Kitty@kittyblomfieldCheck out our Personal Trainer Certification Courseshttps://womensfitnesseducation.com.au/
