Elin shares her own experience with an eating disorder as a teenager and how she overcame it and decided to help other women who struggle with similar situations, as well as self sabotage. She shares how important it is to understand why we repeat particular behaviours and patterns that prevent us from making changes in our lives.
We chat about how important this area is for trainers to help their clients achieve long term results, because without the right mindset, it is almost impossible to achieve their goals and actually maintain them.
