If you follow me on Instagram, you will know I've just taken a month off daily business operations and client work to travel to South Africa with my partner. I also took off two whole weeks from social media during this time. This trip enabled me to slow down, and I didn't realise at the time the benefits this would have on my business. Having your own business doesn't mean you have to be working 24/7. It's healthy to take breaks and holidays, and it's possible to travel and still run a successful business.
