Your Annual Review

It's that time of year, as we move toward the holiday season when people get a chance to pause and think, that many find it useful to do a check in, an annual review if you will to think about the year that has passed, and the year that is just about to start. This short podcast is an audio guide to your annual review.  In it I share the questions I use myself and offer my clients, and now I offer them to you. I therefore invite you to book 30 -60 minutes with yourself over the next couple of weeks, to reflect on the year end review questions I'll talk you through here.  They might not give you all the answers, but they will start you on the exploratory journey to decide what happens next.  Pause as you need to, so you can journal as I talk. I hope you find them useful.  You can access more resources at www.successfultraining.co.uk
