After a series of industrial purchases, sales and developments, Ryan started Artisan Industrial with his partner Kyle Jacober in 2021. The fund has now been fully subscribed with two assets closed and two further assets set to close in the summer.
Ryna's portfolio is comprised of approximately 200,000sqft. and is actively look for value add/repositioning opportunities in the industrial space.
