Willem Kellerman's experience covers a broad spectrum of project types with a strong focus on the private sector. His area of expertise includes, master planning, programming and design of industrial, light industrial, business parks, commercial buildings and retail precincts for a variety of public buildings. Willem maintains and builds strong relationships with developers and building owners, focusing on providing quality service to our clients. He is a skilled professional who works closely with the client team to establish the project drivers, goals, and milestones. Willem has an in-depth understanding of the process required (‘dirt-to-keys’) to provide both built-to-suit and speculative market-ready facilities. With experience in greenfield and brownfield projects, he is responsible for the planning, design, and client coordination on projects ranging from $500,000 to over $100 million in scope.
