Brian Burke is President & CEO of Praxis Capital, Inc., a vertically integrated real estate private equity investment firm, which he founded in 2001. Brian is also a member of the Praxis Investment Committee. After a series of industrial purchases, sales and developments, Ryan started Artisan Industrial with his partner Kyle Jacober in 2021. The fund has now been fully subscribed with two assets closed and two further assets set to close in the summer.
Ryna's portfolio is comprised of approximately 200,000sqft. and is actively look for value add/repositioning opportunities in the industrial space.

Industrial Electrical Power Explained

About Bryce:
Bryce is an electrical, instrumentation, and controls system engineer with engineering, design, programming, construction, and commissioning experience. He also has experience with biomedical engineering, including the design, development, and implementation of a prototype rehabilitation device for the visually impaired.
Having undertaken a lead design role in various water and wastewater projects, Bryce also assumes a commissioning role for several projects, from standalone stations to regional facilities. He also has field experience with control panels, process instruments, and electrical gear. Be it a team leader or follower, Bryce strives to meet all deadlines while working efficiently with budget in mind. Recently, he was the lead designer, construction support lead, and site electrical, instrumentation, and controls programmer for the North Red Deer Wastewater Services Commission Regional Wastewater System.
