349 | Fighting Cancer with Movement | with Carolyn Brown

Carolyn Brown is a LYT-certified teacher who fought and overcame cancer. When she was diagnosed, she was training to go with her team to the Masters World Championships of Synchronized Swimming, and she was determined to still go. She went into research mode and did everything she could to improve her situation. Three months after her chemo treatment ended, she was able to participate in the championship. Afterward, acknowledging how much movement did for her, she enrolled in LYT Yoga teacher training.
