Consequently, an increasing number of people are turning to sleeping pills, hoping to usher in sleep, maintain it, or simply improve its quality. But what impact do these habits have on our life expectancy and mortality rates? That's exactly what we're delving into today. This episode explores the intriguing relationship between sleep duration, sleeping pill use, and life expectancy among adults, with a special focus on findings from a study in Taiwan.
