Finding your voice for self-advocacy with Julieta LaMalfa
One of the hard lessons and skills many of us learn late in our careers is self-advocacy. While we may encounter mentors along the way, many times we have to find it within ourselves to self-advocate. These instances occur when we are looking for a promotion, asking for a raise, negotiating our salary and knowing our value.
