Dr. Jay Fulgencio is a Chicago native, completed his Bachelor’s in Political Science from Northeastern Illinois University and obtained his Master of Arts in Political Science, a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, and a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Oklahoma State University . He is also a Certified Practitioner of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile.
Dr. Jay has developed numerous courses, animated videos, and eBooks in topics such as learning technology tools, financial literacy, entrepreneurship and education. He is also the Founder & President of Learngenix.
