“To be completely honest I was skeptical when I started, but was so tired of trying to do ‘all the things’ and getting nowhere, so I thought, why not?! I’m a huge foodie too, so I was worried that it would be boring and I’d be starving all the time… When the scales were 3 kg down after a week I was sold!! I never felt deprived or hungry which was a game changer for me. After the 3 weeks, I was down 4.5 kg, my energy was back and I was loving it! I signed up for the Tribe at the end of week two because I just LOVED the food so much and am having such great results! The meals are easy to make and delicious which was a relief as someone who is time poor as a business owner! After 12 weeks, for my wedding day, I lost 8 kgs and I felt incredible.
