Studies now show that over 93% of the population are metabolically unhealthy!! I used to think that because I didn't have Diabetes, I didn't need to be thinking about my blood sugar and metabolic health. I couldn't have been more wrong. 50% of the population has Prediabetes or Diabetes, and the other 43% essentially have "pre-prediabetes". That doesn't mean, "they could get diabetes."
