Ep 28: New Year...Knew You!

In The RACK Podcast...Powered by ProForm Physical Therapy.   Happy New Year Everyone!!! If you recall from our last episode we made the call for the Law of Surprise…That which you already have but do not know!Well…That surprise is you my friends. Sounds corny we know, but we are going to title this episode New year…Knew you! We want to take the time this episode to talk about how you can know yourself better in 2022. We discuss the choices that we have made that go against the grain…Grain in the sense of crop that is...lol. With all of the research and accessibility nowadays, we have the ability to question the status quo.    We live in a culture that conditions you to think and act a certain way, but it does not have to be that way! It tells you that health is an achievement. It tells you that medicine will make you healthier - We have a sick-care system that promotes being sick. Now more than ever, we need self-experimentation and exploration for learning to improve our health. Self-care is now more important than ever because our current system and way of life is creating more harm than good . Become your own health scientist!!!! - Be curious, open minded and carry out experiments. Understand that you can be your own primary care provider - You are the first line of defense - Take that ownership and stay engaged with your own lifelong health journey. “Blind belief in authority is the greatest enemy of truth” - Albert Einstein  __________________________ For more episodes, make sure to subscribe and tune in to our podcast.
