S4E16: Reaching a 1,000 Pound Lifting Total | Troubleshooting Tuesday

Today, I’m speaking with Hemang, who is a 50-year-old father of two who works in finance, and has a work-from-home arrangement. He knows he needs to lose 4 inches off of his waist, but family commitments keep getting in the way, and he’s not sure what he can do to get the gains train moving again.I’m sure many of you can relate to this. Let’s see if we can help.
