2017 Seminar Presenter and Michigan Tech’s Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Matt Thome joins us to discuss the idea of specificity. Having learned directly from Dr. Yessis, Dr. Bondarchuck, and Dr. Verkhoshansky, Matt has had a unique education on the topic.
