He then discusses the impact that working in track, soccer, and academia have had on him, and how they’ve intertwined to develop him professionally. He then elaborates on how he has taken the work he does on the track and manipulated it to fit into the schedule of his soccer athletes. We finish out discussing some of the what’s and why's behind the differences with how he programs soccer players vs track athletes.
