How to Stay Stay Fit While You Travel
In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I talk all about travel and fitness with my trusty podcast producer, Tony.
I talk about the entire spectrum of taking a day off for a dinner or a wedding to situations in which you are traveling for extended periods with little control over your schedule and everything in between.
I highlight how important it is to realize you aren't going to ruin your diet or fitness program over the course of your travel, but I also go over some tips and thoughts on how to keep the gears moving when you're on the road, including getting out for a walk, ways to think about food and eating out at restaurants, and exercises and implements that are easy to take along with you on your journey. I also talk about appreciating the good old days while they are happening.

The Israeli Palestinian Conflict Explained
In this episode of the Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I discuss The Israeli Palestinian Conflict, the horrific events of October 7th, 2023, their immediate aftermath, and the history leading us to this heartbreaking event. Being Jewish myself, and having lived in Israel and having family there, I go to pains to be as objective as possible while still speaking from the heart. My goal is to help people become more educated on what's been going on in the region and to hopefully open peoples' hearts and minds to the idea that the targeting and killing of innocent civilians is never justified, regardless of who they are, where they are from, or what they believe. I know this is a controversial topic but I cannot go on with my regularly scheduled programming as all of this unfolds. I hope you listen with open hearts, and I hope you learn something from it that is helpful to you.
