Paul Carter's "Bro Diet" & Cheat Meals

In this episode I speak with the Gordon Ramsay of muscle growth, Paul Carter. Paul and I approach our nutrition VERY differently. As you'll hear in this episode, Paul follows a *very* strict diet throughout the week and every Friday he has one epic cheat meal (you can see them on his Instagram). Now, I'm not a huge fan of cheat meals. And I prefer to eat smaller portions of the foods I enjoy throughout the week rather than having one massive cheat meal. That said, I'm very excited for you to hear this conversation because I think it's important to hear different points of view so you can learn and decide which option works best for you. I hope you enjoy this episode and have a wonderful day. -J

What to Do When You Want to Quit...

In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I talk about the many times when I have wanted to quit, and highlight some of the most important times I have either gone through with it, or stuck it out for the long-run.  I tell the story of when I almost dropped out of college, how I nearly quit my life-changing job as Gary Vaynerchuk's personal trainer in the first three months, and how I forced myself to stick with the Inner Circle for at least a year when it hardly had any members at all.  I also talk about quitting a bad job early, and why I walked away from powerlifting as soon as I accomplished my 10 year goal of pulling a 4x times bodyweight deadlift. I hope you enjoy this episode and, if you do, please leave a review on iTunes (huge thank you to everyone who has written one so far). Why I care about what other people think (and you should too)

In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I talk about why telling someone not to care about what other people think is bad advice and times in my life where I did (and didn't) follow the advice of others around me.  I share how an old family friend told me to stop posting on social media at the very start of my career, how a mentor of mine pushed me to reconnect with my father, and how I persevered through a whirlwind of controversy about my Big Mac Challenge video, which went on to become one of the most important pieces of content of my career thus far. Check out my Big Mac Challenge video here: https://youtu.be/1yAMU6Y4Iro I hope you enjoy this episode and, if you do, please leave a review on iTunes (huge thank you to everyone who has written one so far). Jordan Stinks 006

Link to Legion Supplements: https://buylegion.com/supplements In the sixth installment of Jordan Stinks, I asked those who follow me on Instagram (@SyattFitness) to tell me what I've said with which they disagree.  I got a lot of great responses and in this episode I wade through a fistful of disagreements and try to objectively analyze where I'm correct and where I have been incorrect. I hope you like this episode and, if you do, please leave a review on iTunes (they help a lot) -J PS if you want to join The Inner Circle you can do that here: www.sfinnercircle.com
