Jackie Garcia is a bilingual Spanish Speaking Licensed Therapist who is passionate about destigmatizing mental health among the Latinx community. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State of San Bernardino. After completing her B.A., she attended California State University of Fullerton where she earned a Master's Degree in Social Work.  She grew up in Tijuana, Baja California until the age of 12. Her parents migrated to the U.S. to seek a better life for the family. As a teen, she struggled adjusting to a new culture, language, friends, trends, you name it! However, these years made a huge impact in her life and led her to the path of becoming a therapist. She is the founder of Therapy Lux, a telehealth based private practice in CA, assisting individuals break intergenerational cycles and heal within. In her work, she believes in creating a safe therapeutic space to facilitate insight and understanding while laying the groundwork for healing and growth.  Jackie loves to embark on new adventures and create magical experiences.
