254: Reprioritizing & Reflecting on My Boundaries

Hi all! We're back from a month long break. In this solo episode, I share my recent experiences of facing my inner critic and managing my anxiety, personally and professionally. I share my thoughts on self-doubt and responding with self-compassion, along with reflecting on my capacity and setting new boundaries.
