Jess received a soccer scholarship to the US where she completed a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Marketing before completing a Post-Graduate Degree in Strength, Conditioning and Performance at University College Birmingham."

"Tom is an Assistant Professor in Applied Physiology at Coventry University. Prior to this he worked at the University of Worcester where he was the course leader for the MSc in Applied Sports Science. Before working in academia he worked as a physiologist, applied sports scientist and strength and conditioning coach. These experiences include working with elite athletes in professional sports and with Olympic athletes. He currently leads on several projects investigating novel strategies to improve health and performance using heat as a complement to exercise.
