126. What Belly Bloat Means for Weight Loss

In this episode I am diving into why digestive health is so important and how it can actually be a big key to weight management! You can eat so clean and exercise to the max, but if your digestion is not optimized, you won't see results.  There are so many factors to why you may have experience belly bloat - what and when you are eating, how much water you are taking in, the stress you are under, etc. The first reaction to belly bloat is often to take a supplement. Most of the time, however, this is not enough to resolve the issue!  I will go into more detail on how to deal with belly bloat to achieve your goals in the episode!    SCHEDULE YOUR FREE CONSULT CALL: https://calendly.com/drbethteam/30-minute-meeting

124. What's Actually Keeping You From Reaching Your Weight Loss Goals

In this episode I am diving into why certain events, stress and trauma that you've experienced in your life are likely holding you back from getting the results you are trying so hard to achieve.   A lot of this information is not main stream, and it's not your fault. We just haven't been taught these things which is why it's so much of a struggle.   The biggest missing piece that is overlooked is really addressing the underlying hormone issues. For example, if you've had a hysterectomy due to fibrioids, and after the surgery you feel your symptoms have improved. Yet now 4 years later you start to experience different symptoms of the underlying hormone issue that wasn't addressed.   We also fail to take into account different stressful situations that we have dealt with and how they affect our results now. If you've had to deal with a divorce, stress with a job, trauma, all of these things affect the results you are currently getting.   I'm going to dive further into all of these things in this episode!   SCHEDULE YOUR FREE CONSULT CALL: https://calendly.com/drbethteam/30-minute-meeting   This episode is sponsored by my new favorite skin care line, GR8 Skincare. Their products are physician formulated and contain no hormone disruptors.  SHOP GR8 Skincare: https://www.gr8skn.com/

117. Fan Girl with Jayme Buck and Callie Inman

We are the founders and daily hustling duo of Fan Girl. We are two local Minnesota girls who have been growing our friendship since the second grade. As best friends, we have always been super supportive of one another's goals and dreams. Over the years, we have both followed an endless number of educational and job opportunities. While some were just ok and some were great, we always knew we wanted to create something of our own. Early last year, we started meeting weekly for coffee to brainstorm and bounce ideas off each other. After many weeks and many cups of light roast... we sparked a thought. Why don't women have any trendy options for sports apparel? We realized there is no sports gear that is current, understated, and versatile enough to wear to a football game, the gym, or even brunch with friends! From these realizations, Fan Girl was born! Fan Girls are hardworking, authentic, and genuine women. They grind on the daily at their jobs or in school and are always working to achieve greater success. Fan Girls work hard so they can play, laugh, and enjoy life harder! We are just here to make sure they look good while doing it! We are here to bring you trendy, affordable, handmade styles to amp up your wardrobe. Fan Girl isn't just a brand, it's a lifestyle and we can't wait to watch you live it!   Find Fan Girl on Social Media: Website: www.fangirlmn.com Instagram: @fangirlmn Facebook: Fan Girl
