Keep the Pace Run Club is an inclusive run coaching group here in New York City. You know how much we value community here at Reload so today’s cohost Dr. Joe Lipsky and I were ecstatic to sit and chat with 2/3 founding members Bethany Welch and Kyle Bergman who are not only coaches with a combined 30 years of experience in the fitness industry but they’re best friends! Bethany and Kyle refer to themselves as students of endurance. Bethany has completed marathons, ultra-marathons, and a half-ironman triathlon. Kyle has completed 6 Olympic and half-ironman distance races in the last 12 months alone. Some things to look forward to in this interview are the mental health benefits of running with a community, we go overrun safety, advice on how to stay motivated when the runs get tough, and the role strength training plays as a runner..just to name a few things. Thank you Bethany and Kyle for sharing your experience with us today. If you love today’s episode please rate, subscribe, and review.
