In this quick and dirty solo episode I’m answering a question I got on Instagram about what exactly boundaries are and how to set them and keep them. Any time a potential client tells me they’ve recently had three major losses or setbacks, I take a deep breath and listen carefully. Fear of rejection shows up in many less than obvious ways. It can be the difference between speaking your mind and keeping quiet, sharing your post or deleting before anyone gets a chance to read it. Many people believe there’s a switch you can flip and suddenly this deep fear will just disappear. This is not the case that I have found.
