In this quick and dirty solo episode I’m answering a question I got on Instagram about what exactly boundaries are and how to set them and keep them. Boundaries are the special sauce of relationships. With them your relationships will thrive and can last forever. Without them you will slowly build up resentment and until you explode. We men often don’t stop and ask ourselves, “Whose rules am I playing by? Are they mine? Do they work for me? I wish I had a more easily understood term for the words Covert Contracts, but I don’t…yet. Any time a potential client tells me they’ve recently had three major losses or setbacks, I take a deep breath and listen carefully.
