243: Understanding Personalities for Better Relationships

Our personality is created by a multitude of complex factors to create a way in which we view the world and relate with others. One theory on the dimensions of our personality comes from the 19th-century spiritual philosopher George Gurdjieff. We really enjoyed this conversation and hope you do too! In this episode, we discuss relationship advice topics that include: Learn about the physical, emotional and intellectual personality dimensions How to determine which personality dimension you and your partner align with the most Understanding if some personality dimensions are incompatible?
