Deep Stretch: On Neutrality And Nuance

We're closing out the month with a Deep Stretch episode. Taylor had the opportunity to lead a series of workshops for a dance company that were centered around body positivity and body neutrality. As it pertains to self care, these two things are not only necessary but also require a reflection of nuance.  What works for some may not work for others, maybe body positivity is taking a front seat at this point in your life and neutrality comes up at a different time. Remind yourself that loving responses are necessary during these conversations with yourself and others.
