Dr. Kate has lead clinics in the hospital setting and currently runs a physical therapy clinic out of her home in between taking care of her kids and working per diem at the hospital. . Jair Lee is a coach's coach. . I visited EXOS in Scottsdale, Arizona immediately after the CrossFit Games in 2017. There were a bunch of highly skilled coaches on staff there, one stood out, his name is Jair Lee. . Not only did Jair have the acumen to teach the technical skills, Jair was able to penetrate the mindset of his athletes in a way that I have not seen many times. Jair is a well read, well practiced, intentional coach who worked himself from unknown to internationally recognized. .
